Being a School Leader

The World Challenge program is dedicated to developing leadership and personal skills of students using an expedition to the developing world to facilitate those goals. This experience and opportunity for students wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of the teachers we work with.

As a School Leader you will be an important part of the adult leadership team during the Build-up phase as well as the expedition itself. You will help to recruit, organize and manage your expedition team with the help of World Challenge Program Facilitators and our School Support team.

For your commitment of organizing an expedition you will travel for free, decide on your destination, and see first hand your students turn into money managers, destination experts, cooks, best friends and leaders. You just may be the teacher they never forget!
