Learning outcomes
For 25 years, World Challenge has been at the forefront of education through exploration...
Our educational expedition programs teach life skills and expand minds outside the classroom. Our customized expeditions foster team building and leadership skills, allowing students to develop a range of life skills in a challenging environment.
Participation in the World Challenge Program can start anywhere from 10 to 20 months prior to the team departing for their destination. During this time students become engaged in the planning or build-up phase of their expedition where learning outcomes can be linked to the curriculum.
The World Challenge program is implemented with the schools convenience in mind. We take care of the headache of administration and provide expert support so teachers can rest assured their time can stay focused on their daily tasks.
World Challenge facilitates all behind the scenes planning, manage payments, conducts the risk assessments and our Support Team are there to answer any questions parents or students may have, so you don’t have to.
A World Challenge program can be a great way for students to contribute to their International Baccalaureate Diploma. Our Expedition Leaders facilitate students to work as a self-contained team, so they can learn from mistakes and enjoy the personal rewards of success. We also have a scholarship scheme in place to assist disadvantaged pupils.
