Team meetings

The World Challenge program is designed to bring you and your teammates together well before you head off on expedition. While World Challenge staff will facilitate the initial launch of your expedition, and other scheduled program meetings, it is up to the Challengers to organize themselves with their own regularly scheduled team meetings.

World Challenge facilitated meetings

We run the following meetings depending on whether you are participating in a standard expedition or an extended expedition. These are included in the cost of the expedition.

But the team will not have to go it alone.

Beyond the World Challenge scheduled meetings, we will set your team up for success for your own team meetings. In the initial Launch Meeting our staff will set guidelines for your team to continue to meet on your own. Some teams meet once a week, other teams meet once a month. This flexibility is left in the hand of the students to take responsibility and ownership of how often they want to meet.
