beach

Relax and reflect on your incredible journey!

This phase is designed to let the team unwind and enjoy cultural and adventure activities. Depending on your destination, you could go white water rafting, zip lining in the forest canopy, or go snorkelling among exotic marine life. Low-key activities could include relaxing on a beach or exploring the museums of a capital city. Every destination has some form of local market for souvenir hunting, so there is always an excuse to shop!

HOW DOES THE REST & RELAXATION PHASE WORK?

Typically, this phase falls at the end of your itinerary, allowing you to reflect on the achievements throughout the expedition during some downtime. However, a lot of destinations have so many potential activities spread across the country that you may find there are options to intersperse your itinerary with a few bits of R&R. Safety is paramount, so for all of our technical activities we have audited and approved suppliers and we are confident to put you in their hands.

TYPES OF REST & RELAXATION ACTIVITIES

Some teams enjoy visiting local museums and galleries, chilling out at the beach or sampling local delicacies, but for those who want a bit more action, check out some of our most popular rest and relaxation options:
