We are with your family all the way as your son or daughter begins their adventure as a Challenger with World Challenge. As a parent you will have a team of experts at your finger tips and in person. No matter which expedition your child is participating in, we are partners in the experience.
You can expect the following from our team...
Program FacilitatorsThis team of planning specialists will deliver the pre-expedition program to your child’s team to include all of the planning meetings and training workshops or training weekends for the team. Their role is to support the team and keep students motivated with fundraising and preparation advice for expedition.
Customer Service and Fundraising Support
We know families will have a lot of questions while participating in the World Challenge program. Our in-house customer service and fundraising support team will handle all of the billing and administrative support that you may need. Not to mention giving advice on what kind of gear to get, how to jump start fundraising efforts for your child and other tips for families.
Expedition Leaders
Trained and hired by World Challenge, these are the adults that will accompany the team in addition to the teacher. All of our leaders must pass our Potential Leader Course and Training administered by our Global Operations team as well as pass an extensive background check.
