What people say about World Challenge - Asia

>> As a teacher, this is one of the best learning experiences I have been party to. I have never been so proud of a group of kids. This program has challenged the students to their best! The World Challenge ethos of Participation, Environment and Challenge really came to life on the trip - each of the students understood the relevance. Watching a group of nervous, needy students turn into independent, efficient, thoughtful young people is something I wish everyone had the opportunity to witness. This is a time that no one on the expedition will forget.<<

 >> I was one of the Challengers from the school that went to India, Himalaya this July (2005). I've been back from India now for nearly a month, and I've been meaning to e-mail you since I came home.

I just want to say that this expedition was one of the best things that I have ever done, the experience of different culture, being independent for a whole month and bonding with the team was amazing. I have many pictures of our expedition and they bring back so many fond memories. This I will never forget. I hope to go back to India some day. Also, after being on this expedition it has encouraged me to think about doing a lot more travelling around the world.

I just want to say thank you World Challenge for giving me this opportunity and also for giving me the expedition of a life time. I would encourage everyone that's thinking of taking an expedition next year, or in years to come to never give up, it's worth everything.

Thank you World Challenge <<

>> Dear World Challenge,
I have just got back from one of your trips to Mongolia with Reading Blue Coat Team 3, and I would like to thank you for organising it. I had an amazing time, witnessing and experiencing many things most people can only dream of, and I obtained numerous skills that I will undoubtedly be able to draw on in later life.

Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to go on this trip and I hope all your future expeditions run as smoothly as mine did. <<

>> Just a short note to say that Chris hasn't stopped talking since he got home this evening. The trip has obviously been an enormous event for all sorts of reasons, and exactly the kind of thought-provoking and life-changing experience we hoped he'd find it. He seems to have gone through every conceivable emotion and come out the other side, and we look forward to it all unravelling over the next few weeks. Enjoy your stay in China, and please pass on our thanks and gratitude to all the staff involved. Many, many thanks. <<
