UK Leader opportunities

World Challenge's UK based opportunities range from working as one of a team of leaders on a 1-day developmental programme, to leading 5-day residential expeditions.

  • Continual professional development (including subsidised NGB awards)
  • Competitive rates of pay e.g. £10 - 12K pro rata on a short term contract

  • Work in a variety of locations throughout the UK

Minimum requirements

  • All UK Leaders working on residential expeditions should be at least trained in an NGB award e.g. ML, SPA, BCU L2K. BELA and WGL also accepted. Leaders with good facilitation and youth development skills are also welcome
  • All UK Leaders working on 1-day developmental programmes need youth development experience
