Assistant Leaders

1 to 6-week self-sufficient expeditions to 55 amazing destinations across the world. Challengers have been participating in a team-building and skills development programme for 9-18 months prior to this expedition, raising the funds and the majority of teams will have helped to plan their itinerary too. This is your chance to get involved in offering young people the experience of a lifetime.

We select assistants who look like strong candidates for leading the following year and give priority to those who already have a Bushwalking / Trekking qualification.

Minimum requirements:

  • Youth work experience
  • Ideally developing world travel experience
  • Ideally you will hold a Bushwalking / Trekking qualification
