Malaysia expedition reviews

I feel that I have greatly benefited from this trip. It has helped me achieve so much, such as all of the little things you do that help you gain more confidence, independence and appreciation for what we have. After doing this trip I don't think there is anything else out there that could give me such a high level of self-achievement like this has.

Peta Large, Challenger, Lockyer District High School

I experienced things on this trip I would never have dreamed of at home. I am so glad that I put my hand up for this trip and would definitely do it again!

Danielle McPhee, Challenger, Lockyer District High School

It has been an amazing 4 weeks. I have learnt so much about myself and with regards to life lessons which will stick with me for life. Thank you for a unforgettable experience.

Eleanor Ward, Challenger, Landau Forte College

This has been an immensely enjoyable and rewarding trip to have participated in. The students have really bonded as a team and have made new friendships, mostly very close, and have developed their communication skills to an appropriate level of mature, adult conversation and info gathering. I feel I have gained more insight into this age group, as someone who regularly works with 16-17 year olds, and also feel I have made many new connections. It has been fascinating to monitor their development and mentor them through the tides of emotions that they have experienced on this trip.

Jocolyn Waterfall, School Leader, The Castle School

Matthew already had a lot of skills mentioned, I feel that the trip gave him the opportunity to utilise these & fine tune them. He returned a more rounded individual.

Dawn Watts, Parent, Ashlyns School

The whole trip was an amazing experience that I will never forget. It was so well organised. The Project phase was so reqarding and it felt so good to give something to others, It was great to embrace the entire culture of another country and do something that was so far out of my comfort zone.

Rebecca, Holmes, Challenger, Girton Grammer School

This experience was more than what I expected; not only did it exceed my expectations in terms of challenge, and level of independence we were given, but it greatly exceeded what I thought I would get out of the trip. I think I am more confident and independent. A month sounds like a long time, but it went so incredibly quickly.

Sophie Hoy, Challenger, Firbank Grammar
