Costa Rica & Nicaragua expedition reviews
The expedition to Costa Rica has been the most beneficial and fun thing I have ever done. I have been challenged out of my comfort zone, while still feeling safe. My self-confidence has grown and the sense of achievement was incredible. I have come away feeling so proud of myself and the other girls.

I saw we had a 20 km trek through the jungle of Corcovado, I was very scared and truly believed I couldn't do it, but I did, and I did it all with grace and ease. This trip has taught me to believe in myself and that anything is possible. Its made me a better and more confident person. I loved every minute of my journey and made some life long friends.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, filled to the brim with experience and fun. I have discovered things about myself and have made life-long friends. I would not exchange this opportunity for anything in the world.

The experience has shown me that there is more to life – a whole other world waiting to be seen. Having the back-up of World Challenge was just a bonus. It has inspired me to travel more and now I know I can do it without my parents.I've definitely grown up enormously, and I'm proud of my whole group and how we've all grown as people.
