Nepal expedition sample itinerary

The Expedition Program Manager for Nepal will agree a suitable expedition itinerary for you, to best match the abilities and aspirations of your team. Some possible expedition objectives are given below, please note these may alter.

Acclimatisation
Acclimatisation can be spent around the Kathmandu area before setting out on the trek. Although there are no short acclimatisation treks in Nepal the main trek is arranged so that you can acclimatise slowly before gaining much altitude.

Trekking
Trek up to 4500m with spectacular views in the Langtang region or visit the Annapurna range near Pokhara for some panoramic views. All treks are fully supported by porters and guides and although it's challenging, the views of the surrounding Himalaya are stunning!

Project
Teams work in orphanages or schools, organising activities for the children and doing much needed renovation work on often very sparse buildings.

R&R
Teams may choose to spend time visiting the temples of Kathmandu, exploring Durbar Square, head south to Chitwan National Park or explore the lake shores of Pokhara.
