Climate: The climate is tropical though relatively mild. Except in the north, there are two rainy seasons, from Apr-Jun and from Sep-Nov. Average temperatures range between 21° and 32° C with relative humidity from 50%- 80%. A desert wind, blows from the northeast from Dec- Mar, lowering the humidity and causing hot days and cool nights in the north. In most areas, temperatures are highest in March and lowest in August.

If you are considering a World Challenge expedition, adventure is on the horizon for you and your excitement is soon to become an everyday emotion. The best way to enrol on your school’s expedition is to see your teacher for an application booklet or download one by clicking on the link.
