Ideas Count

Employees are encouraged to submit their ideas to improve our business to our MD. For the ideas that are subsequently implemented, the employee earns themselves $100! From here the idea will be shared with the World Challenge staff to ask for their feedback.


Work in Partnership Group

A group made up of World Challenge staff act as a communication network in order ensure World Challenge employees are consulted with and informed of any proposed or actual changes within the business. It has been set up to provide additional channels for communication, an opportunity for two way feedback and as a platform for collective views to be communicated.

Progression opportunities
