• We give Challengers the option to offset carbon emissions through Climate Care
• We use as little paper as possible
• The My World Challenge site enables all customers to receive information online rather than via hard copy
• Online payments also cut the need for paper
• We recycle all paper and packaging where possible
• We use credible printers
